The Passion Creature - Scorpion

I have always been fascinated by venomous, lethal and aggressive creatures. These beings amaze me with their sheer majesty and aura. My favorites are snakes, spiders and scorpions. As all three are named starting with the letter S , there is one more thing that I feel that these animals exude - pure but lustful s**.

The reason why I call the scorpion the passion creature is manifold;

Firstly, they are nocturnal creatures. I just love the ambience of the night. The moon, the cool breeze and the sparkling stars. Scorpions come out at night to hunt or find mates. They are predators. And I believe that creatures who brave the night for their survival are the real heroes. And just imagine love making in such a time.

Secondly, they have a complex mating ritual. The male scours the night to find a suitable mate. When he succeeds, they engage in a mating dance; they interlock their claws and swirl round and round. This can go on for hours. Occasionally, they will bite or nibble each others mouth to cause an erotic sensation. And just before coitus, the male would inject a small amount of venom into the female to pacify her and entrance her. Now, thats what I call passionate love making.

Thirdly, contrary to popular belief, very few species of scorpions are deadly to man. Their venom is optimized to stun or assuage small insects only. The sting from a scorpion only cause mild pain, swelling and delusions. So the next time, consider getting bit by a scorpion than popping an ecstasy pill. (I guess you would love the delusion part)
